Hi I'm Linda Sue Key. I'm a mom of an addicted adult son, and our journey has been incredibly tough. As his life spiraled out of control, I found myself on a parallel path of turmoil and despair. It's been a deeply painful and challenging experience, but amid the darkness, I've been determined to find hope. This road has been isolating at times, but I've come to realize that I'm not alone!
I am not a certified therapist, although I was an addiction counselor for more than 25 years—I’m a Mom, just like you, who has been there. A decade of addiction, depression, and anxiety aka. "living in the pit". If you find yourself deep in a pit, or maybe just teetering on the edge of one, I urge you to take advantage of the course below.

This private 4-week program is designed specifically for mothers like you who are facing the intricate challenges of supporting a child grappling with addiction. Over the course of these sessions, you will experience a deeply transformative and confidential journey, carefully crafted to help you navigate the complexities of supporting your addicted child while prioritizing the well-being of your entire family.
**Week 1: Understanding Addiction and Building Resilience**
In the first week, we will delve into the roots of addiction, providing you with a profound understanding of its impact on families. Together, we will explore strategies to strengthen your emotional resilience, equipping you with coping mechanisms to face the challenges ahead. We will also discuss various treatment options, empowering you with knowledge to guide your child towards recovery.
**Week 2: Effective Communication and Establishing Boundaries**
During the second week, we will focus on communication skills tailored for difficult situations. You will learn compassionate ways to engage in conversations with your addicted child. We will also work on establishing healthy boundaries, ensuring you can protect your emotional well-being while maintaining family harmony. Week three is dedicated to your well-being. We will explore practical strategies to prioritize self-care, nurturing your physical and mental health. In the final week, we will focus on fostering hope and initiating long-term healing. You will learn positive reinforcement techniques to encourage your child's recovery journey. Rebuilding relationships within your family will be a central theme, emphasizing the importance of trust and connection. We will conclude by empowering you to move forward with confidence, renewed purpose, and a sense of hope for the future.
